  Called in my vehicle this morning for brake pad, rotor, and caliper replacements. Everything was ordered and completed by the end of the day. Super fast and super friendly service! My car sounds great and I know I can rely on them for any further services. Thank you!

  My heat stopped working and with the unbearable cold weather we were having I finally googled local mechanics. I called to set up an appointment for them to take a look at it. They got me in the same day, and within 2 hours they had found the problem and installed the new part. Great experience, seemed like very honest people, reasonable prices, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

  My car overheated on Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I called around for someone to do a repair by Saturday if possible and found Chesapeake. They towed me to the shop and the plan was to test in the morning...but they stayed late to diagnose the problem and get the part in the next day. By the time I showed up at 10am on Saturday morning they were almost done. This was without a doubt above and beyond the call. And on top of all that, there was no attempt to "upsell" - they found the problem and fixed in properly for a very reasonable price. Outstanding experience all around.

  Towed the car after it would not move after their normal business hours and let us stay in the shop to wait for a ride. Tyrone the store owner was very personable and professional. I highly recommend this place for all towing/repair needs.
