(March 31, 2018, 6:04 pm)Decent selection of equipment, including a squat rack and two flat benches. Also has locker rooms with showers, and WiFi, and a place to watch your kids. Everything is clean and well maintained. Noticeably lacking is a lat pulldown or cable row machine, and there's no pool. If you don't have a membership, they give you 3 visits for free, then it's $10 for a day pass. Really nice place, Centreville residents no longer have to travel to Kent Island for a decent gym.

(October 13, 2017, 7:04 am)Super nice folks. Can't wait for the new building. Gets a little cramped sometimed. also with they had more than 1 of each of the weight machines.
