(August 22, 2018, 9:40 pm)Staff is always very friendly and sympathetic. Dr. Dexter and tech Shelley were very compassionate at my most recent scare visit that ended at the emergency vet hospital. They always (every time I have needed one) same day appointments open which is crucial when something is concerning. Visits are always in a timely manner and they never leave you waiting for long.
