John is an honest, hard worker who really helps you out. I am a young girl who doesn't know anything about lawn mowers and I had another place try to charge me triple what John was going to charge me. He really looks out for his customers and doesn't try to put a blanket over your eyes and charge you for un-neeeded things. Thus far, I am MORE THEN happy with his customer service.
