  I can't say enough about how great this entire organization is! The staff is courteous and hard working. The owners really look out for your boat and make sure it is cared for like they own it. Service is speedy; I was launched on time or boat was waiting for me in the water every single time. Dont hesitate to use their facility. you wont be dissapointed.

  I’ve always loved boating but now I REALLY love boating thanks to the Boatel. This is a top drawer facility with customer service to match. I’m very particular in how my boat looks and is cared for and keeping it indoors takes all the worry and work out if it. Rob Marsh, one of the owners, is a veteran of the boating industry and it shows in his excellent management style. Can’t praise everyone at the Kent Narrows Boatel enough. They are true professionals. Thanks everyone!!

  I like it, some rules are a bit strict , like no smoking on grounds which isn't posted but it's in contract,(update..no smoking is now posted) also only certified mechanics, certified by engine manufacturer, but that's more understandable. Ok the facility is fantastic, the service is fantastic, the staff and crew care and show empathy when needed. Parking may be challenging, they have a very nice store with a great variety of drinks and snacks. 24 hr restroom, a must see facility.

  This is what it’s supposed to be to have a boat. Being busy with work, we look forward to our boating be it a day trip or a short ride to relax and do some fishing. When we’re not using the boat, it is kept out of the sun, away from birds, barnacles, prying eyes, waves and tides. Safe and secure no worries from squalls and gales.
  
  When we want to use our vessel a call or using an app on my smartphone has my boat ready and waiting for me, couldn’t be any easier. When we return, a command on the app and it’s out of the water, the bottom is washed down, engines flushed then back in the rack dry and protected.
  
  The personnel from management to the office staff and operators are outstanding ,they treat their clients in a most professional fashion. The store has most of the necessities for your trips and the facility is the nicest you’ll find anywhere in the middle bay region.
  
  The peace of mind, the added enjoyment of the elimination of the usual hassles of boating, plus the added value of my boat being preserved from outdoor exposure make the Kent Island Boatel an easy decision.

  We can’t praise the staff and amenities at the Boatel! The convenience of valet boating and a ship store on the island is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional and very competent. The facilities are clean and organized. Everyone is so accommodating and courteous. We are happy happy boaters!!
