I had Whalertowne rebuild an older 15’ SS. Nick the service manager was awesome, as was every person I dealt with at the dealer. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent customer service!
Went to Whalertowne for some service on my classic Whaler, extremely helpful with parts and service, they had what I needed in stock and took a lot of time helping me figure it out.. tough to find service like this nowadays so thank you

Over the past 9 months, they have worked hand-in-hand with my father and I to resolve issues arising from the purchase of our brand new 315 conquest. Sparing this review the details, the Jr. and Sr. covered all costs involved and spent countless hours making this right for us. After 9 months, things were finally resolved when Rick Jr. drove down to Ocean City on a Friday evening to do the final sea trial with my father and I. It's more of a challenge to offer customer service when things don't go as planned - Sr. and Jr. did just that and more.
