  Well this was my second car problem and again I took it to Chester River Automotive. They did a good with my transmission so I returned with another issue. My exhaust system had rust through so it need replacement. As before work was done as promised and on time as specified. I'm glad I found thus company, it's great to do business with a reputable company these days. Definitely would recommend this company with NO reservations. Great work, fair prices, good people

  Very helpful with various repairs. I drive a ton of miles and am a frequent visitor for oil changes and wear and tear repairs. They get things done quickly and are reasonably priced. They also provide reports about any issues including pictures. Their night time key drop always has envelopes and a pen, which is a small thing but much appreciated.

  Since we moved here to Kent Island two and half years ago we have had our share auto needs. With multiple vehicles, it was important for us to find a mechanic that could take care of oil, tires, "weird noises", and the over all maintenance of our vehicles with honesty and reasonable rates. John and his crew have exceeded our expectations and been great with any issue we have had, as well as offered the loaner car for convenience on longer tasks.

  John and his crew have saved my butt AT LEAST 3 times a year, i feel so lucky to finally have an auto shop that isn't taking advantage of my lack of auto knowledge. He has always kept the prices low and the quality high. I Can't say enough great things about this place, love them!

  Yesterday October 11, our car, Ford Focus suddenly broke down & engine completely stopped. We were traveling from CT to DC. and we are so anxious, desperate for help. John, came promptly, very helpful and accommodating. He called a towing company then checked the car found out it’s the transmission module that’s causing it. He also found out that it was a ford recall. So he recommend us to a Ford service center to get it fixed w/out the charge and possibility of getting a refund from towing. He did not even charge us for a service fee checking the car out considering it was raining that day. Me and my husband are very thankful for what you did, thank you for going above and beyond helping us. We may not able to repay you, but surely God is looking upon and saw everything you did. More power to your business.
