He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and even adjusted his schedule to replace our faulty hot water heater so we wouldn't have to go all weekend without. They installed the heater while my wife and I where at work and the install process was a breeze. They cleaned up the work area perfectly and we now have plenty of hot water again thanks to Steve and Blue water plumbing.
