Tri-County Aire is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly company I have ever dealt with...from the women on the phone to each and every installer and service tech that has come to my home. Their prices are fair and they have always been on-time or early. For instance, Dereck was the technician who came out for my preventative checkup today, and not only was he able to fix an issue with my whole-house humidifier that stumped previous techs, but he was personable and even paid attention to my small pup. I'm pretty sure I'll be asking for him from now on, if he's available. If I could give 6 stars I would.
TriCounty Aire has never disappointed me. Even when they need to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, they always give you a heads up and status!
Tech Dereck is always professional, courteous, and upbeat. He provides follow up of his findings whether good or bad. He is very trustworthy and polite. He gets to work immediately and leaves the area in the way it was. Very pleased with Dereck!

I'm thoroughly impressed with this company. I am very impressed with how fast they work and the ability to pay attention to detail. They were able to replace my old HVAC system leaving my house warm and ready for the winter. They were very professional and patiently answered all my worrying questions.
