5 ⭐️s for the store and the associates. I love this store and Im always there. Always clean and everything’s always in its place. Merchandise is always stocked and if not, rain checks are available.
Most of my issues are with WALGREENS, not Rite Aid. So I won’t let Walgreens rating affect Rite Aids.
I completely disagree with the poor reviews about this Pharmacy. I have experienced many occasions of great customer service. The store has many things for which I am shopping in addition to my prescriptions. Plus, if they don't have something, they can often order it for you. The employees are courteous and helpful. I'm very grateful that such a store is nearby.
I have had mostly good experiences. The store is very clean and never crowded.
