  I did not end up getting any work done at this Service King, but I'd like to write this here about my recent experience with them. Recently I bought a used car which had prior damage that I did not notice until after taking ownership of the vehicle. Basically, the dealership offered a limited warranty for this sort of thing, but did not want to cover it because they believed that the damage was done by me after buying the car. I thought that arguing with them would be hopeless, so I came to Service King just to get a quote to see how much I might have to pay to get this fixed. Everyone was very open and honest about how far the damage likely went (the damage turned out to be quite extensive). I explained my situation to them and they offered to vouch for me to the dealership because they knew that the damage on the car was likely to be transport damage done while the dealership had it. I took the quote back to the original dealership and thanks to the help from Service King, they are taking the car back off our hands. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

  The team kept me up to date with the repair process via text and phone calls/voicemail. I was always in the loop. And they did great work. My car looks like new. Highly recommend.

  These guys are awesome! They handled my collision claim through USAA and with no issues whatsoever. They kept me well informed of my car's progress throughout the entire process and the car looks good as new. I was out of town during pickup time, and Service King went above and beyond to ensure my wife had a smooth experience picking up the car on time, even through some last minute hiccups. I highly recommend! A+++
