After switching from another local (Mechanicsville) practice- I can say I am thoroughly pleased. I see Dr. Nilima as my PCP. The office staff is courteous and goes out of their way to help you. Dr. J, herself, is vey knowlegable and takes genuine TIME with each patient. You will never feel rushed here and your concerns will always be heard. I recommend this practice every chance I get!

Doctors good, polite staff, got reminder calls. Went in for a snip and I was extremely nervous. I have a low pain tollerance and that area is the most sensitive. I did not have fun at all. If I knew then what I know now, I would have wanted to be knocked out. The pain for me was in the top 5 most painfull and mentally scaring things in life. Dr. J tried to talk me through and he did his best. Good old fastion bedside manner. I currently have chronic pain on the left side 4 weeks after. Going in tomorrow to see whats it all about. I know everyone says its no big deal but for me...different story.

Dr. Jay is a very caring, professional, and expert physician. He takes the time to fully explain the process and genuinely cares for his patients.
