  Josh S. Is fantastic!! He was most informative, and gave me lots of valuable information and extremely helpful hint and tips to get the best efficiency from our unit. He was thorough, and proficient! He truly deserves accolades because he represents your company very proudly. You should be exceptionally grateful to have him on your team.

  I recently heard an ad on the radio for a $69 tune up special and decided to take them up on that. A very professional and nice technician named Josh came to my house and performed the tune up. He was very patient and informative, helpful and honest about what we needed for our system. He then offered to schedule an appointment for an appraisal for replacing our (outdated) system. They very conveniently were able to get me an appointment for the same day (since i had already been home from work that day). The second gentleman who came was named Zach and was also very polite and helpful as well. Zach even offered to come back very early on the following Saturday to discuss our options, so my husband could attend as well. They were both very very professional and made me and my husband feel as though the company truly cared about what was best for our home and family. I would highly recommend them! Great job guys!

  I would like to give a huge shout-out for amazing customer service and knowledge to Josh S. He came to our house today to do our comfort club tune up and he knew we were having a baby soon and went above and beyond to make sure things were in tip top shape for our new arrival. He explained things in a way I understood and was comfortable talking to my husband over the phone to let him know what was going on as well. We have never had a bad tech come to the house but Josh S. Has by far been our favorite. He told us about the plumbing side to booths which is something we didn't know our comfort club covered too. Booths has done a great job training and hiring people for their company. Thanks!

  Damon and David came to do a check up on my two units at my house and they were very friendly and courteous. Diagnosed some issues with one of my units and thoroughly explained the solution and fixed the problem. Damon is very knowledgeable and had David as his trainee. David has only been with Boothe's a short time but you can tell he really enjoys what he is doing. You know the company is good when an 18 year old is loving what he is doing. Solid work and would recommend Boothe's and Damon and David to work on heating and A/C.

  A flawless install and my house is warm and toasty! George was the service tech that had to deliver the bad news that I needed a new unit. He provided such an excellent education on heat pumps that I felt confident and comfortable when Adam came to give me an estimate. The integrity of these two men permitted me to feel good making a decision without the trouble of contacting other companies. Ian and Wayne finished the deal with the delivery of the new unit. All of these men were respectful, thorough and their integrity shown through. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Boothe's!!
