(February 13, 2018, 9:15 am)I called a few local companies to set up as a new business owner and was told by one that they were not accepting new accounts until the end of February. Spoke to Larry at Burch Oil on a Friday and he immediately set up delivery for the next day (Saturday) which I did not expect. After the delivery it was found that the system was not working due to old parts. Larry stopped in the following Monday just to see if anything was needed, and checked his service department to see of they had the parts in stock. He contacted me back the same afternoon and his tech was out the next day to complete the repair work. The tech stayed until we were sure the system was working. Burch has been timely, and reasonable with pricing. Larry has gone above and beyond and is accessible, follows through, and sticks to his price quotes. Highly recommend Burch Oil. He was very informative, thorough and professional. He guided me in the right direction and I was very happy with the services.
