The staff and the dr were extremely proficient in handling my first visit.
After reading the reviews I was scared to see Dr. Shah. So glad I didn't let that keep me away. My experience was lovely. The front desk got me in ASAP, they were very helpful. The nurses were kind and caring. Dr. Shah was very professional. The first visit I needed an MRI to see what was going on. My second visit she explained what was going on and what course of action to take. She thoroughly explained everything, was very gentle, and personable. She and her staff really made me feel that they cared about my well being, and genuinely wanted to help me.
I am very active and with that has come my share of mishaps. Dr Kajal shah explains exactly what is wrong and how we are going to cure it. I sincerely trust her, her medical knowledge and her judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time."
