  This was the first time I used visionworks and I am really happy with their ease of scheduling online and having same day appointments. I also was very pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. Thank you Katie and staff. Although, when you call and ask for status of your glasses, actually ask for status of your glasses, to make sure they’re getting worked on. I relied on their “if your date was such and such that’s when you’ll get them.” Apperantly, mine ended up Mid-west. Still, their service is Good.

  I recently had two pair of glasses made at Visionworks in California, MD, Store 221. Katie the Retail Supervisor helped me pick my frames and order my glasses. Both of my new glasses are perfect. Very timely in being made. I really would recommend Visionworks, they are great.

  Katie is awesome and she is completely all about customer service. Katie is the most attentive person I have came in contact with! She remembered me, even though I only come in annually. Katie was super helpful this year, just like last year. Vision Works is so lucky to have her! If you aren’t sure about a lens, frame or insurance options, she is the girl to go to!

  Made an appointment for eye exam and get new glasses. Coming in everyone is friendly and got me started right away on paperwork to get on to the exam instead of the usual sit and wait I’m used to. Dr. Cen was my eye doc for the visit, she was nice and super informative I pretty much didn’t have to ask any questions. She was super thorough in making sure my new prescription lenses was perfect and nothing weird was going on with my eyes. After the exam picked out my new frames let me know what my insurance covered and paid then was on my way. Would definitely come back when it’s due time for new pair of glasses.
