“After reading all the poor reviews I was skeptical. But, when I spoke to a few of the residents I realized that this is a great place. Best location for sure. Plus, they price matched and lowered our rent by $200 a month. Shelia really took care of us and didn’t make us feel pressured. Decent place to live with awesome location. Now, it’s not perfect. The grills are older and need replaced. A/C in my place seems to run a lot. But, at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this complex. And, the fees were low with no deposit. And, if you apply in person they waive the application fee. By far the easiest place to get into with little money out of pocket.”

“I don't typically like frozen yogurt places, but this one has won me over. Great selection of fresh fruit, boba and candies to put on yogurt that doesn't taste yucky. Many yogurt and ice cream flavors, including a wide selection of dairy-free Dole Whip options. (And if you haven't had Dole Whip, you should definitely give it a try!) Sweet Frog has tiny paper cups so you can sample as many of the yogurts as you like before making a decision. Self-serve and paid by the pound, though I think we got some kind of discount because it was not nearly as expensive as I was anticipating. I don't think prices were posted.”

“Master Shim and the entire team do an excellent job. They care about the students, treat them with respect and take an interest in their progression and understanding of Tae Kwon Do. Not only do the students learn the lessons, they also learn to be confident, to take a chance to learn new things, to not worry about how you look when learning something, that everyone makes mistakes when learning and that anything worth learning takes time and practice. I am so pleased that such quality instruction is available here in Southern Maryland. My children have also taken part in the summer camp and the before and after school care. We are so pleased with how they treat the children, accommodate the parents' schedules, and answer the many many questions I always have. Great Job”

“I was looking for a place to take my boyfriend for his birthday dessert, but then I found this amazing place! Super cute inside, AMAZING CAKES, and reasonable prices with good service. Since my boyfriend is super Italian, I got the cannoli cake. He said it's the best cake he's ever had. I can't wait to see which cake he gets for me on my birthday! I do wish they had descriptions of the cakes on the website instead of just names.”

“???? Great experience. I'd heard great things about this place & decided to give them a try after paying outrageous prices at my previous nail salon. I have 2 nail salons near me (at the county line... ????). Going the distance was well worth it. I arrived as they were closing, but they welcomed me all the same. I had Henry & initially had no idea he's the owner. He not only took great care to do a wonderful job, but he showed interest & concern in asking what brought me the distance & what I looked for in good service. He far exceeded my expectations & the price was more fair than anywhere I'd gone before. He introduced me to his wife Michelle as I was leaving... and not only is she beautiful on the outside, but what a beautiful way to run a successful business... she too welcomed yet another customer, & she worked just as enthusiastically as her husband, Henry. The welcome from both, & the caring atmosphere will definitely bring me back for future visits!
