Dr. Cheryl Budd is the gentlest, kindest and most caring dentist/ENDO I have ever known. She has gone out of her way to help me for months and explained every procedure in great detail. Even during a root canal, she talked me through deep, slow breathing. Before the procedure, Bonnie, her assistant, taught me hand signals depending on what I might need/feel during the procedure. I was covered with a warm blanket and given a pillow for my neck. Amazing thoughtfulness!
About the receptionist, Kiana, I cannot say enough great things. My dental insurance was a mess but she spent many, many hours making calls, FAXing, and emailing to enable me to receive these services with only a reasonable co-pay by me. I cannot recommend this office and all of its staff highly enough!
