  Ok. I have read these past reviews and all I can do to put you at ease is give you a synopsis of my situation. I have a 2002 t-bird. It's a very complex vehicle that requires a high level of expertise to work on. My car needed a fuel pump and wouldn't run (obviously). I spoke with Mark and they picked up my car and took it to the garage for me. I was given a quote by Marcia the next day and gave my permission to do the work. 3 working days later my car was ready for pickup. I showed up to pay for the work and pick up my car and was pleasantly surprised to see that the work order was $150 less than the quote. I was giddy. I went to check on my car and the battery was dead (prior to the work being done, I had to let it sit for 6 mos while I saved up some money). Knowing that, and the battery in it's 4th year of service was enough to warrant the need for a new one. I told Marcia where and when I purchased the old battery and the next morning she was on the phone and had all the logistics worked out for me so that all I had to do was pay for the new battery and they would deliver it to the garage for me. The new battery was installed and here I sit telling my story to you. I'd like to say a few things. The work was done right, Marcia went above and beyond to try and make my life a little easier when she didn't have to, and I am happy with the result. I give them an A++ for their expertise, initiative, and customer service. In addition, the final price also included an oil change that wasn't included in the original quote. Win-win.
