  Not sure why Google is pulling up my father's name to make this review but I rented this unit for almost three years. When I arrived to empty my unit out the other day, I couldn't remember my unit number. May and Shamica were beyond helpful, friendly, courteous and this made the moving out transition much easier!! Excellent staff! Thank you! Joni Lauman

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my need. They showed me a couple different units to make sure I was choosing the right one for me. The facility is kept very clean and uptodate. I am also impressed with the security of the units and feel safe to leave my belongings there.

  Great experience!! I went to another storage before & the people running the place weren’t NEARLY as nice! Mae is great! Very nice & has answered all my questions! The other young lady behind the counter was very nice as well. Totally recommend this place!

  Mae was amazing!! She welcomed me in an enthusiastic and friendly but professional manner. She explained the whole process clearly and was extremely helpful, courteous and available for all my questions and needs during the whole rental process. Not only did she help me with my storage needs in Maryland but she also helped me reserve and sign a lease for a unit in Richmond, Va which saved me so much time and hassle. Mae made me feel like a welcomed and appreciated guest, not just another faceless customer. Thank you Mae!!

  Wonderful experience with this facility. Mae was a very knowledgeable representative. She ensured I had the best rate for the time and space necessary to meet my storage needs. If you are looking for quality customer service, I highly recommend this location with it's variety of storage capabilities and we'll kept grounds.
