My last oil change at Mr. Tire I had the mechanic tell me my breaks were at the end of their life and my tires won’t make it but a few months longer. I declined further service. I brought this up to the Lexington Ford dealership and they told me there were no problems with my breaks, and my tires still hold 60% of their life. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I went there today to get an oil change. It took around 45 minutes. I usually go to Tom hodges just to get my synthetic oil change, the only reason I didn't this time was out of the convenience of needing some groceries. My only complaint is that it's more expensive for me to get my oil change done here at walmart. Tom hodges also gives u a top off of your liquids and a free 30 day car wash... so sadly next time I'll be going back to my regular oil change guy. Not that they didn't do a good job at walmart... just cheaper at tom hodges and get more for my money.”

“This is absolutely one of the greatest vehicle repair shops I have been to. They kept my 99 Honda prelude for about a month, there were so many issues with it. I received a regular update from Adam, he was very detailed in his reporting of problems and troubleshooting steps to be taken. There was no action taken without my approval and all charges were presented up front before approval. They kept my car for so long, because I had an Immobilizer reprogrammed in Washington state, that took long in shipping, and I was unreachable a few days to make a decision. I received pictures with updates. In summary I highly recommend this place. If I could give them a higher score than a 5, I would, they are great!”

“Mr. Tire was an amazing experience! They fixed my daddy's brakes in no time. Their staff members were kind and considerate. My dad bought the wrong parts and they patiently waited for him to go buy the right ones. My dad works 24/7. He only had a small window of opportunity to get his brakes fixed. They worked on his car 15 minutes before close. These guys made our week! Their service was Amazing! Oh and their shop is one of the cleanest and nicest auto shops I have ever been to. They kept me up to date during the whole process and I was able to call and get an update when needed.
