Clean and never really crowded with too many gym rats. Equipment is never broken or trashed and the staff is there for everyone. People are there for the workout.

From the moment you step into the place, you know you are somewhere special. The place just feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I was greeted warmly and professionally. Every one of my detailed questions were thoughtfully, patiently, and expertly answered.
Clearly this is a place where everyone is welcome. It felt like home, except at home I don't have spotless workout equipment, workout experts standing by, and nutrition guides to help me be my best. The layout is terrific, comfortable, and spacious. From a health and wellness point of view, the technology available is absolutely incredible. I don't have to be an elite athlete or a student athlete at a power five conference to take advantage of what science and research has made possible to the rare few.
