  Great job on my car!! Love the fact that after washing and rinsing, you drive up to a separate garage for air drying..loved that!!!

  Recently took the dog for a ride and ended up with urine and feces all over the inside. I was going to take it to be detailed, but figured I'd try to the shampooer at the car wash first. It was $2.50 for 15 minutes. Worked great!! Back to looking new inside!

  This is the best car and pet wash in Hagerstown. That being said the automated washes are a little expensive but I assume they are higher quality. The pet wash is really cool and if you have a pet that needs to be bathed normally and you don't want to do it at home in the tub, this is a great alternative. They have elevated sink units to put your dog in so you're not bending over all the time. Just know you will leave wet and hairy if your dog has a lot of fur.

  I've used both services, car wash and the pet cleaning and they both work great.

  This place always looks brand new. Soft touch wash is the best in town. I like the fact that they have three automatics, so there’s never much of a wait even when it’s really busy. All the hand bays, pet wash, and vacuums accept credit cards. I also really like the blow dryers in the self serve bays so I can dry my car before even moving it. The place is kept really clean and the equipment has worked every time I’ve ever been there.
