“Way better experience than the Leesburg store. I'm a business owner making a very good wage but I don't show it in the way I dress. There's your backstory. The staff acknowledged and welcomed me as I entered despite my "casual" attire. Didn't get that in Leesburg earlier the same day. I had already done my research and knew what purchases I wanted to make, but still listened to the music they had available for each unit on display. Hagerstown had exactly the same song on each of their units....which made it incredibly nice to compare! Leesburg had haphazard clips of B.S. no one had ever heard of or Christmas music loaded (which you can't get the full range of a top notch audio system from Jingle Bells) The staff at Hagerstown Bose went out of their way to make sure we received the product and customer care that any patron would want. I HIGHLY recommend the Hagerstown Prime Outlet Bose Factory store. P.S. Don't judge a book by its cover....”
