    I will never EVER again take my car back to the dealership after taking my car here.

    This was definitely an enlightening learning experience I've learn from the very experienced and very knowledgable mechanic that worked on my vehicle today. Not only did he walk me through a whole and complete diagnosis of my vehicle, he made me realize that I should never ever take my vehicle back to the "stealership" ever again when he told me that they didn't even fix the major problem with my car when the engine light came on, in fact it made me realize I wasted over 750 dollars on easy fixable repair, which McCarty will resolve for not even as much as a quarter of that. The dealership didn't even resolve the issue, even misdiagnosed and wasn't aware about the issue and claimed it to be something else.

    I firmly believe the very best mechanics/technicians are NOT working at dealerships and McCarthy is living proof of that statement.

    The staff here are knowledgeable and don't mind explaining to you what is wrong with your vehicle and are very efficient at getting you back on the road.

    Can't say enough great things about McCarthy Tire Service of Hagerstown. I'm a driver for McElroy Truck Lines and have dealt with them a few times over the last year. I've dealt with the same gentleman at their shop and at the Lowe's Distribution of Hagerstown. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. He's always professional and quick with the job at hand. Plus, he's personal and funny. I had to pay them a visit this past Thursday because of a blown airbag on our trailer. The metal plate above the airbag had also been damaged. The same gentleman made the repair very quickly so I could get on my way for an evening delivery. Thanks again for your great display of professionalism and work ethic!
