(January 27, 2019, 3:58 pm)So far Lauren has been the kind of exceptional State Farm agent with whom I had been used to dealing with in my about 40 years with State Farm, from Lincoln NE, to Port Charlotte FL, and here in Hagerstown MD.
I had a previous agent in Hagerstown, with whom I had had a very long relationship (10+ yrs); unfortunately when I had occasion to question a particular manner of handling an issue, he got very huffy, to my complete surprise--to the extent that I had to escalate it to agent relations at the main corporate office. They intervened in a proper and balanced manner, which I appreciated. Given my loss in confidence, though, with the agent, I decided to establish a relationship with another agent with State Farm.
Which is how I came to work with Lauren. We reviewed what had taken place, so she could feel confident that we would make a good match. And she has restored the previous confidence I had with State Farm. She has been very responsive to any questions I've had, or possible alternative considerations. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful. -

Then I bought the family home and went back to her to finance and insure it. They are always super helpful. It a pleasure to deal with them. Currently I have auto and homeowners insurance with them, and my home financed by them. I would highly recommend contacting them!
