    Account was easy to open, and paying over the phone each month was convenient. Unit was clean upon arrival, the gate is easy to operate, lightening is adequate inside and the hallways were spacious enough to get boxes out and move them around in the space outside my unit. Hassle free experience, but minus 1 star because I found their website to be unuser friendly. Everytime I tried to log in to pay online the website just gave me an error page with no instructions to correct the ereor.

    The most pleasant experience I've ever had in dealing with a commercial storage unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were kind enough to let me use there broom and dust pan when I cleared out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

    I would highly reccomend this location to anyone. I dealt with Lesa the manager and she was so kind and considerate. I am so highly please with the level of care I recieved through this location. Job well done and so clean and affordable. If I ever have to store my belongings again I will be back! Thank you Lesa and staff! ????????

    Great place, I only needed to store my thing's for a few months. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I'm back in the area and need storage I will definitely do business with valley storage again.
