(February 18, 2019, 8:15 am)After calling around for weeks looking for a local transmission repair shop, I stumbled across this place. I had my transmission fixed in less than a week and so far I have had no problems. They were reasonably priced, they explained what the problem was and what was needed, and recommended preventative maintenance. I do recommend them and will definitely go back.

(November 23, 2018, 6:03 pm)I was Referred to Poindexter Transmissions from Martinsburg Service Center in Martinsburg WV. I was not disappointed. I dropped my car off, they called me with honest feedback, and made the repairs in a timely manner. They did not try to up charge me on anything. Will use for ever.

(November 12, 2018, 10:00 pm)This Company is Outstanding, JEFF the owner and his workers are hard working down to earth people who make you feel welcomed when you arrive, and work consistently to get you in and back on the road. They did some work on my 04 Chevy Suburban Z71. I already had a new transmission and I called 5 different shops to get it put in and Poindexter was the only shop that was nice enough to take out my old transmission and put in the new one even though I did not purchase a transmission from them not that the transmissions that they offer aren't Great I just already purchased my new transmission before i knew about Poindexter. Mark did a wonderful job, he came in at 4am, way before the shop even opens at 8am just to get the job done so I could have my truck fixed to make it to work the next day being as though it was my only transportation. My truck was done around 9:30am the same day. I would definitely
( RECOMMEND ) Poindexter to every and anyone who needs some transmission work done to there vehicle, you will not be disappointed, if they did not do such a Awesome Job this review would be very BAD instead of GOOD....lol, I hope this was helpful to everyone...GOD BLESS .... -
