(December 10, 2018, 4:15 pm)Dr. K was really good at explaining what treatment I would need and what time frame I could get the work done in. The office was really well decorated for christmas. Really enjoyed my time there. Great Service every time I come here. Angie and Chelsea are so patient and helpful. Everyone greets us and helps us with whatever we need.
(November 21, 2018, 2:46 pm)Denise was absolutely amazing with my children. My oldest son was all worked up & she came into his room and helped the other dental assistant calm him down. She made their apts so much better!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DENISE. & Dr. K was awesome as well 5 stars for the staff today at Kool Smiles!
(September 5, 2018, 6:54 pm)My 3 year old loved going to this office. The one lady’s name was jasmine she was so great with her and I can’t remember the other lady we saw before that but she was so kind and gentle also. Greatest dental experience we’ve had to date.
(July 28, 2018, 12:31 am)Such a wonderful place to take the kids as well for adults. My daughter had her cleaning almost 6 months ago and still talks about how the hygienist tickled her teeth. She can't wait to go back. The staff are very professional and I always leave happy. They definitely care about you and explain everything before doing it. When I had my appointment for my cleaning, I notice how great the staff were with the kids. Offering trophies and special prizes is a wonderful idea for the kids when they do good. When I had my cavities filled the assistants Lauren and Denise were very sweet and made the appointment pleasant. I was already nervous about getting work done and they helped me though it. The staff go above and beyond for their patients and that means a lot. The office is so clean and organized. I’m really excited to go back next week for another cleaning � Thank you Kool smiles for making my visit so awesome!!! You guys should be very proud of yourselves!
