(January 26, 2019, 12:00 am)My heat stopped working on a cold Friday evening in January at 8:00pm. I called air doctor and Scott was there within the hour. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. He had the heat working again within the air for what I felt was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be using them regularly.

(August 4, 2017, 11:33 am)Started with a local service search on Google for home a.c. repair. It was 90 degrees out with no a.c. I needed someone fast/reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I also wanted to use a company with local ties to the Boonsboro community. I firmly believe in supporting family owned businesses. From the initial call for service to the completion of the job absolutely top notch with no complains. Polite and curtious phone service and scheduling. On time arrival for service. Knowledgeable understanding of the problem with quick repairs. Very reasonable and fair pricing for quality services. If you have had needs...these are your guys and gals. Ty Air Doctor!!!

(June 26, 2016, 11:13 pm)I called Air Doctor at 6 on a Friday evening. Scott got back to me and was at our house in a half hour. He diagnosed the issue and we would have to wait until the next day for a part. He then provided us with a window unit to help us get through the evening. He came out on Saturday and restored our air conditioning. All of this great service was done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air Doctor!

(January 31, 2015, 5:03 pm)Blower motor went on one of the coldest nights so far this year (of course).
Scott answered the phone, said he would get here ASAP after he got the replacement part, and even offered heaters to help make it through the night! He was here early the next day with the replacement. Very courteous, professional, and had the heat up and running in no time at all.
I was so impressed I signed up for a service contract. Highly recommended.
