For years we have been with USAA Insurance for our home and auto insurance. It was always a non-personal interaction and I thought to be the best rates in the industry. Mike told me that he could do better, so I said "prove it". He did. He beat their Home Owner's Policy rate AND got me better coverage! Then he showed me that the coverage on my Mustang (a car that I have spent countless hours and a significant amount of money on) didn't have anywhere close to the coverage it should have had. Now, my car is COMPLETELY covered for anything that might happen and he matched the price that I was paying before! With all of that, you'd think that would be enough reason to be content with the change (and it is), but what really matters is the personal service that I get. If I have a question, I don't call some automated line and deal with some robot or call center, I get Mike Cooper. In an age where there is no emphasis on customer service, dealing with Mike is a breath of fresh air.
