(December 10, 2018, 7:46 pm)First and foremost all of my interactions with CSR’s and techs were positive. All were kind, patient and well informed. My dog was not doing well and they showed immense compassion to us both. The CSR’s followed through to make sure that my records came through before my appointment so the vet could review his history and previous labs.
Dr Regina Liskey was recommended by my colleague and she saw my senior cattle dog cross Forrest. I’ve worked in the veterinary field for many years and her bedside manner is excellent both with my dog and with me. Forrest presented with some strange symptoms and although his diagnosis was anything but straight forward she worked it out. She discussed options with me including diagnostics and possible treatments. Once blood work confirmed he could handle a particular medication we decided to move forward with an open mind. Our goal was not only to buy more time for Forrest but to buy him quality time. Time to be happy, spend some time and get prepared for goodbye.
Dr Liskey got us that time. The meds dispensed have us a week of happiness and love with a sweet old man. And when the meds were no longer a relief we helped him over the rainbow bridge. I cannot thank Dr Liskey enough for all that she did for us. I will gladly drive an hour to her for veterinary care from this point on.

(September 17, 2018, 3:55 pm)The veterinarian we met with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell she genuinely love animals and even gave our kitten a goodbye kiss. We will probably bring all of our animals here now.
