She proceeded to help me and answer all questions with knowledge and politeness. Never did I feel any pressure to make any decisions as I had informed her early on that I wanted to negotiate the price of the new bike and value of my trade and that I'd have to get back to her in a couple of days. We continued to communicate through email the next business day and a deal was reached. I'd just like to say she was a pleasure deal with start to finish. I haven't picked up the bike at the time of writing this (having a few thing added) but I expect the same level of service when I come to pick it up. She's promised to go over it with me at delivery and I'm really looking forward to it. Can't wait to ride it home. Another word about this dealership, I just like the place.
