“Rooster Vane Gardens continually provides incredible flower arrangements time and time again. We have gotten flowers from them for years, for weddings, for funerals, for birthdays, and every occasion in between. Denny and his team create overly BEAUTIFUL arrangements, and go out of their way to construct very meaningful pieces. We just say things such as "he loved gardening and getting his hands dirty" and the flowers showed up in an antique wheelbarrow with a small windmill sticking up from it. I always just say I am looking to spend X amount of dollars and give them an idea of what I am looking for and let them work their magic. I will never buy flowers from anywhere besides Rooster Vane ever again.”

There's a fenced in back smoking patio with plenty of seating. Free parking, no cuts no colors, meaning not a biker or gang bar, just good people.”

“We have been here for over a year. Just renewed our lease and was able to get a downstairs apartment. We love it here. Very quiet and the neighbors are great! Our maintenance guy Steve is great too!!! Very fast when you need something taken care of. I see post about the baseboard heat is expensive....if you ask to be put on the budget, you don't have to worry about it. The office staff is awesome too!”
