    Runaway Bay is a great place to live! We have been here for 2 months, and my daughter still says, "it feels like we're on vacation". As a property manager myself, I applaud management and staff for making this a fun, safe, community that is welcoming to all.

    I’ve been here for about 6 months and I can’t believe anyone would ever complain about this place. The staff are super friendly and the apartments are huge. They host free events that bring the community together multiple times a month and they recently added a dog park. I’ve had my share of apartments all around in Maryland and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had!

    Runaway Bay is incredible. I didn't stay there long, but I wish I would have. In Salisbury, there are at least a dozen or so apartment complexes that at a glance all look pretty much the same. What sets Runaway Bay apart from the competitors is the office staff. They go above and beyond to address every concern and all with smiling faces. They also have these parties in the clubhouse every few months that are amazing. I can't remember the last time I've had so much fun. Also, when my laptop died I was able to use their computers in the clubhouse while it was being repaired. If I ever default on my mortgage, I will be running back to runaway bay!
