  Two full bathrooms completely remodeled in 7 days. Work was exceptionally high quality, using superior materials at reasonable prices. Installers (Jeremiah Miller and Mike Vogel) were very careful with their work, constantly checking with the customer about details and providing constructive suggestions. They were open to small changes that greatly improved the overall job. Both the installers and the company confirmed arrival dates and times the day before, advising what technicians would be working the project. Highly recommend!

  I reached the correct department very quickly, Kim is very polite, professional and personable, as is Matt Robinson who is FANTASTIC at his profession. He was on time(slightly early)He explained the process in an easy to understand/follow presentation, he respected my property and myself while he was doing the repair. I must say that the repaired area looks better than the factory finish on the rest of the unit,(new 5' shower) not kidding! The cost was as quoted originally and it was a bargain, considering what it would cost to replace the unit ! You could not go wrong with Herl's Bath & Tile Solutions, give em a call.

  Steve Knaub visited for a service repair on 1/13/2020 and did an excellent job of upgrading my outer shower area with additional acrylic. There was a need to assure that the drywall area would not be exposed to water leakage from the shower door. Steven listened to my concerns and spent almost 3 hours cutting and fitting new acrylic to the area of concern. His workmanship was excellent. Work was done with attention to detail and it looked great when it was completed. The area was cleaned thoroughly when he was finished. Steve was friendly and courteous and I appreciate that he listened to me so that we could have a productive discussion. I'm very pleased with the results!

  Matt Robinson was an excellent installer. He came to apply the non-stick surface to my new bathtub. Matt made a model right then and there, so I could see how it would look and feel. While it was setting and drying, he worked on the showerhead. After it was ready I was able to see and feel the texture and we discussed the application. In the end I realized I really didn't need the textured surface. The fact that he made a model for me right there, since he didn't have one in his truck, shows the personable customer service and attention to the customer's complete satisfaction that Herl's installers impart. Matt was super in his communication skills and just super nice. He reflects the excellence of all the installers and staff at Herl's.

  Thank you for sending Steve Heater to install our shower rail. He did a perfect job and we are very pleased with his work. We give him a 5 star rating for the work he did. Herl's installed our walk in shower 15 years ago and it is still looks like new. We just needed to update to a shower rail. I also thank James Hicks from the Herl's booth at the mall for informing me that Herl's can update my older walk in shower.
