(February 22, 2019, 11:10 pm)Moved in September 2018 and I really like everything about the neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty diverse which I like. I love that you can have whatever kind of dog you want...clean up after them and all is good. I just missed the pool last season so I'm looking forward to it this year. HOA (Wendy you are awesome!!) is reasonably priced and always available to answer all your questions. Grass etc. is well maintained. Love the assigned parking, spaces are large (no door dings for me ????. It extremely rare that we hear our neighbors thru the walls, hope they can say the same about us. The layout of the kitchen area is a little odd I will change that (hopefully) when the time and money present themselves. Otherwise I feel like I made a good decision purchasing a home here.
