There is nowhere else in Salisbury or anywhere else nearby that is comparable in terms of equipment and room, both inside and outside, to train for strongman and other strength sports including powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit (obviously). With multiple CF rigs, a monolift, reverse hyper, yoke, axle, farmer’s handles, tires, kegs, hussafel stone, atlas stones, several power racks and platforms, safety squat bar, duffalo bar, all variants of Texas powerlifting bars, men’s and women’s WL bars, and lots more, Iron Strong is one of the best equipped facilities I’ve ever trained at. More than all of that though, they have the best and most qualified coaches and staff anywhere around. Most of the coaches have achieved top national and/or world placings in strength sports including CrossFit and powerlifting and all have trained for and competed in multiple strength sports. The members and staff are all friendly and encouraging and come from diverse backgrounds, as is common for any gym of this type. In short, there is no better place to train on the eastern shore the Iron Strong CrossFit.”
