“My husband and I took our girls here yesterday and we absolutely loved it! They have the sweetest creatures living here. I was a little sad to see they had installed an interior fence behind the bison fence. They used to stick their heads through the main fence and let me pet them - so calm, sweet and loving. They're my favorite animals here - just gentle giants. All of the people here seemed as happy to be there as we were, very social, very kind, and also very helpful. We took photos for other families, and we had one family stop to take a few for us. Beautiful vegetation runs throughout the property. Each animal is well accommodated. Honestly, I could live in some of those enclosures! A great time at a great place ???? We even caught the prairie dogs doing something cute. This little cutie on the right got kissed by not one, but TWO other prairie dogs. I caught the second kiss ????”

“We went to the museum on a Saturday morning right after they opened. Their award winning carvings are some of the best I've ever seen. It took us about 2 hours to go through the museum and the volunteer was their to offer us assistance and provide information. They have a nice outside area with sculptures and a walking trail. I highly recommend this museum for anyone who enjoys exquisitely detailed wood carving.”
