Plus the beach atmosphere was so peaceful for my soul. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

These classes are perfect for anyone, no matter their ability or skill level. Summer, along with her daughter, Nicolette, are excellent and encouraging instructors providing challenging classes with appropriate modifications to ensure a positive outcome. The beach studio setting cannot be matched! I enthusiastically recommend Summer Rain Yoga!

Summer Rain Yoga is for all levels of yoga, and though yoga on the beach can feel a little different Summer and Nicolette guide you through with the right cues to help balance any wobbles practing on sand can bring. Instruction for all levels for each pose helps anyone who may just want to “try” yoga for the first time or try their practice outdoors. Each class begins with a meditation to bring focus to your practice and ends with a wonderful Savasana helping you get ready to enjoy an amazing beach day!
