  Good location, friendly staff. Clean room. Renovations look a little shotty. Next year I'll pay the same for a more luxury hotel a block or 2 from the boardwalk. Just personal preference. Nothing bad to say.

  Stayed for a family mini-break Columbus Day weekend, and had a really nice time. It was slightly off season so you couldn't beat the price. The location is fantastic, right on the boardwalk! There's a car show that weekend and in the mornings the cars parade down the boardwalk right outside your window, so it's nice to sit out on the porch and watch them go by. The room was nice and clean, good size bathroom, and the kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator is very helpful. Just a couple of negatives -- parking isn't great, you'll probably have to park at an overflow lot two blocks away. But it's free. There's an indoor pool, but it's very small and I don't think it's heated so it's pretty cold, but maybe you wouldn't mind that in the summer.
  Overall, we'll keep this place in mind next time we visit OCMD.

  Rooms are nice, staff was very polite. The cleaning staff always stood by their word and brought back towels etc, even when they had to wait for them to come from the laundry hours later. They let us go into our room a few hours before check in which was great!!! Definitely will come back. Check out the rooftop pool if you can. Right off the boardwalk just blocks away from where most popular spots are!

  So far so good. The place is under construction so it's a little dirty but I'm not here for that. The rooms are nice. I'm in a 2 bed 1 couch room that sleeps 6. The cooktop and full size fridge are a nice bonus. Everything seems new and in working order. Even the pull out couch wasn't worn out yet. Biggest issue I'm having so far is the walls and ceiling pass a lot of noise. So if you go to bed early good luck. The staff is friendly. The room has a weird thing where to get power you have to keep a room key in a port. We weren't told but was able to figure it out. The balcony is pretty deep so you can be outside but not on the edge. All in all I think this place will be awesome next year when everything is finished.
