The view was awesome and the check in was effortless. However, the bed had hair and stains. The manager immediately changed our room.

Top notch . Room was very clean. View was perfect. Beds were a little hard. Staff were nice and helpful. Got to the hotel way earlier than expected. Staff allowed us to lets the kids change into swim suits . To swim at there pool while me and the wife got a drink or two or three. Or 10.

They upgraded our room for no extra charge and gave us a ocean view room. Its a very nice hotel. I will be a yearly guest in October!!!

I would especially like to shout out the young lady named Hannah at the front desk. Her service was superb and she was very friendly with every interaction I had with her.

Food and drinks at the bar were excellent albeit a bit pricey.

The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The balcony added a nice touch to the room, which was enormous with more than enough space for five people. I’ve never seen a bathroom that large in a hotel room before, and I’ve stayed in some pretty fancy places.

Location was excellent. Two pools and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. I liked that we were further down the boardwalk away from the hustle and bustle, so we could just take the tram down to the shops and rides.

The one negative was housekeeping. We had to request for someone to make the beds in the room. I was under the impression that this was something that was done nightly in a hotel unless you requested otherwise. I will say that as soon as it was requested, it was done by the time we got back from breakfast. (Because I asked Hannah, who was once again excellent throughout the entire stay.)

We will absolutely be back next year. Great family place.

Crystal Beach Oceanfront Hotel is clean and all the employees are helpful and friendly.

The best part is you never have to leave the hotel, it has 2 pools and Restaurant. Restaurant is called BARRCUDA'S. The food is delicious and to top off its right next to one of the two pools.

It was a perfect hotel for my family. My kids played in the pool and my husband and I were able to relax and have a drink. We ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Easy, Convenient and Delicious.

If you do decide to go - I would recommend getting THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH and the BARRACUDA SPECIAL PIZZA so good!

I'm looking forward to go back with my family - its a perfect vacation spot.
