Coldwell Banker Vacations - Sea Watch Rentals

We have been with Coldwell Banker for the management of 3 different properties. The Sea Watch team goes above and beyond our expectations, and previous experiences. We have only been working with Autumn and Mary Ellen since April, but they are extremely knowledgeable, and always super helpful. We love most their professionalism and smiling faces. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our renters!

We just arrived back in Pittsburgh after a wonderful stay at the Sea Watch. The Sea Watch is very nicely maintained. The office staff at Coldwell Banker (Mary Ellen and Autumn) were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They worked with us and answered our questions and concerns in a professional courteous manner. We will definitely return next year.

Mary Ellen and Autumn were incredible! We were at the beach during peak season and anticipated an extended wait for the keys to our two rentals. The day before our check-in, I spoke with Autumn to request an early check-in due to a health issue with one of our party. She explained that she would see what she could do, but there were no guarantees. The morning of our vacation, I spoke with Mary Ellen. She was aware of our request and promised to call me when our units were ready. Imagine our surprise - and delight - when she called me at 9:30 and told me our unit was ready!!! When we arrived at Sea Watch, both women were in the office. They were efficient, professional and pleasant. Our check-in took about five minutes. What a delightful beginning to our extended family vacation!!! Thank you, Mary Ellen and Autumn!

Awesome very helpful office staff. Spectacular views of the ocean. Incredible grounds with a beautiful park-like atrium. Tennis courts, 3 pools, movie theater, playground on the beach, billiards, arcade and even a little snack shop. Car stays cool in covered parking garage. Best place to vacation in OC. Autumn at Caldwell Banker takes care of all the details beautifully.

This was our first time renting from Coldwell Banker Vacations, and first time at Sea Watch. My wife and myself and our 3 daughters had been staying for the past 13+ years at Spinnaker and always loved it there, but were "growing" out of the one bedroom/ one bathroom hotel. BOY are we glad we decided to change things up this year! Coldwell was very easy to work with set up the week vacation at Sea Watch. This place is amazing! Especially those families who have kids! The views from the rooms were awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious, and all of the amenities (game room, movie theatre, all three pools, My Place restaurant) were great. No complaints whatsoever! Super friendly staff at Coldwell as well as the Sea Watch resort. Loved loved loved it here. Looking forward already to coming back next year!
