We come here almost every year and couldn't imagine staying somewhere else. So many things to keep the kids busy the rooms are the right size for our family. Love this place.

I have stayed at the location for 5 years now, I have had good and bad experiences here and it is not always due to the facility, but rather the condo owners. The facility is professional and consistent, security is great. The property is located in a good location with all your needs of shopping, restaurants, great on beach location, and property has more amenities then and near by condos. I don't think I need to go over all the amenities as you can see them on the website. At the moment I am staying in a nice, clean unit that I believe the owner cares for, and has many personal touches (unit 1115). It is not the absolute nicest unit, but close to really good for this property. I have stayed at another that was great, more modern, but the AC stopped working on day 1 leaving us at 87 degrees in the unit for 5 days with no "sorry" that was awful, but not the facilities fault, but the owners of the unit. I have stayed in some sketchy units, you just can not tell without seeing in person, some of the worst had great pics. Century 21 and coldwell banker are both "mum" when asking them for recommendations, so do not rely on them to give you a honest opinion on a unit, C21 only really will show you one unless you ask about buying the unit (if its for sale). Overall. the place is dated in most cases (units), all the units are the same exact thing and layout. I wish there was a larger size unit, but no! They do have really dated penthouses for sale that I was interested in until I looking into (buying) but they are just a 2 story blah version of the average unit. i do not want to discourage anyone from staying here, I may have just not found what I am looking for, but no one helps you do anything but book and experience for yourself. Hmmmm? i am looking for a different place to stay now for 2 years?

No need to ever leave when you come to the Sea Watch. With 2 movies theaters, arcade, 2 pools, and a playground there's always plenty to do. Close to all kinds of restaurants, as well as Food Lion for all of your grocery needs. Beautiful fountain in the middle of the courtyard. Watch for the squirrels, they're friendly. They especially like peanuts. Saturday's can be a little hectic with all of the people checking in and out. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, drama free vacation this is the place to stay.
