  We loved our stay at Bahama House. Location is perfect and close to everything. House is beautiful and plenty of space to accommodate large groups. Rental process was smooth and easy. Marcia was great and so welcoming. We would definitely rent from Jody and Marcia again. ❤️

  This review is a bit overdue, since I stayed in Cavalier 101 with some friends over 4th of July weekend in 2019. That being said, we all had a great time, and Marcia and Jody were extremely accommodating vacation renters. It was a pleasure to rent from them.
  
  Everything in the condo was exactly as advertised on their website. And it was very easy to get all of my questions answered when there were things I was unclear about. Marcia was very responsive, and did a great job making sure that we had everything set up for a fun vacation weekend.
  
  They were also very flexible with payment options and check-in times, which was very considerate and made the whole weekend easier on my group.
  
  Finally, the best part about Good Times In OC is that they aren't afraid to rent to a younger crowd. Almost every other place I looked at had some minimum age restriction, which was very frustrating to deal with and disqualified us from a lot of different places. Of course, I understand why this is a concern, but it was refreshing to see Good Times In OC advertising that they are open to rent to younger people.
  
  I would highly recommend renting from Marcia and Jody. They have a variety of fun places to rent in Ocean City, so chances are they have a place that will suit your needs. And if Cavalier 101 is an accurate representation of the rest of their vacation rentals, the places are all extremely nice and well-kept, too.

  Absolutely charming! We spent a weekend getaway at the Crab Shack and loved it! We found it cozy, clean, and full of character. The patio over the bay was the perfect place for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and throwing crab traps over to see what climbs in. Just a short walk to the beach and Marcia was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!

  We stayed at the Crab Shack and it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to celebrate my 30th birthday. We wanted to stay near the water and this place is literally right on the water - the view from the balcony is amazing and so relaxing... love that you can see the water from pretty much everywhere in the Crab Shack! Everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and have our dog stay with us. Marcia was a very response and accommodating host. Can’t wait to return!

  We rented the Bahama place this summer with another family, that of one of my best friends from college. We heard about GOOD TIMES IN OC through a friend, so we called and set everything up, which was very simple. When we got there, Marcia helped get us acquainted and helped getting us settled. Our wives and kids loved the place, Mike and I could fish, barbecue and have a few beers while catching up and relaxing. We were close to a lot of awesome OC spots, nightlife, the beach, shopping, public transportation was a breeze and there were so many cool people and places to eat! We have already booked and are planning next year, thanks and A+++ to Marcia and GOOD TIMES IN OC!!!
