(April 27, 2021, 2:19 pm)I became a patient of Dr. Victor Korang’s in June 2020, after having an unpleasant experience at a different Novant practice. After the negative experience elsewhere, I went on my health insurance website and looked for a provider in my area that was close to my home and accepting new patients. Lucky for me, I found Novant Health Pfafftown Family Medicine! The entire staff in this office is warm and welcoming. It is a smaller office, so the staff has a chance to become more familiar with you and what your health needs are. I have found that whether it is an in-person visit or video visit, Dr. Korang is always very thorough in his questioning to make sure he understands my health complaint, then he briefly walks me through his reasons for deciding on a particular course of treatment. As a patient, I really appreciate this communicative approach. I am thankful to have found a doctor and medical team that truly cares about my wellbeing. I highly recommend this medical practice. When you go by, tell them Kindra sent ya!

(August 29, 2020, 10:18 am)The Office, the nurses and Dr. Korang have been wonderful to me. I've been through a lot in the last 4 yrs and they have been so understanding and caring. I recently had to move and am just sick that I have to find another Dr. Miss you all.
