  I had placed a large order for the family and I noticed on the receipt while waiting to get my order that the cashier had 2 of the wrong sandwiches. She immediately acknowledged that it was her mistake saying she hit the wrong button and apologized she kindly yelled back to the 'chefs' to change to the right sandwiches. I checked my order before leaving as far as counting soups, salads and sandwiches. When I got home the 2 sandwiches were still wrong. I debated going back b/c I was tired and irritated but I went anyway driving a good 20 minutes. The manager was great he got my 2 correct sandwiches PLUS gave me 2 coupons for 2 free meals! I was going to be happy for a free cookie 🤣😂. I was pleasantly surprised that I barely has to even explain anything and the matter was resolved with a smile. Thank you Panera!!! My 4 star review instead of 5 is just because the sandwiches are so skimpy these days barely any meat etc. We've noticed that the last couple times. Not cheap sandwiches to be so skimpy... but we will be back good customer service always wins, especially with coupons to use!!!

  I give Kudos to the staff. They got my order correct. Sometimes I order randomly weird things like the tuna salad sandwich with no bread but in a cup instead. I mean, the tuna salad at Panera is AMAZING so who wants to waste the taste on the very, very thick often hard bread? Well, a lot of people do, but not I. Love the tuna here. Definitely recommend.
  
  Unfortunately, the restaurant not tiptop clean. Small things like drink area trays that used to have stuff in them, dirty. I'd say, if they're not being used, take it away.

  Clean tables, friendly staff, good coffee later in the day. Reliable, speedy wifi. Clean restrooms.

  Went in this morning for a hot cocoa. The server mixing the ingredients didn't wear gloves. When I asked her why she didn't wear gloves, she unmasked herself while telling me what she was doing was perfectly safe. Heard the same story from the manager while my refund was processed. Be careful if you buy food or drinks here.

  I needed an outfit for an event and since I love thrifting I decided to try somewhere I'd never been. I had less than 24 hours to find something to wear and I found some really nice things here that were like new! Ralph Lauren, forever 21...the list goes on. I even found a really good book! This store is great.

  Love this store. I always visit when I am in the area. Glad to see that they are charging appropriate prices for their higher quality items.
