This is absolutely one of the best offices in town. Everyone raves about how nice the staff is and how great their visits always are. Most of the people I interact with are Dr. Smith patient's. The only issue we ever hear of is having trouble getting appointments if you are a new patient.
John and I thought Dr. Smith was kidding when he had someone stalking him online posting crazy reviews using fake names yesterday. Over a mistake made in the billing department of the insurance company. Then I wake up to read such a horrible review of Dr. Smith where someone is personally attacking him in and outside the office over a simple billing mistake. Then they are claiming they are afraid and taken back by Dr. Smith's reactions.
Stacy Miller. You should feel ashamed of yourselves for attacking Dr. Smith on the personal levels you have. There is nothing in your post that makes any sense aside from the fact that you have nothing better to do than harass Dr. Smith. We saw his posts apologizing for the billing mistake, we saw his posts asking for you to stop making up names and to act your age. I understand you are a woman my age of retirement, but to see the lengths you will go to attack an individual is appalling. Grow Up. Google should ban your accounts, and Dr. Smith should get a protective order or something banning you from contact him.
Dr. Smith, John states he has friends in the American Legion that are retired cops and judges and will be showing them what this lunatic is doing online.
To the google reviewers reading these posts. What these people have said is totally vicious and absolutely not true. If someone knows this woman, she needs to be stopped.
What an awesome office. My teeth are feeling so clean and that makes me feel better. And the tiny filling I had was done perfectly. Great group of very kind and professional people. My forever dentist. Thank you Corey and all of your staff.
Dr. Smith and team are phenomenal. My husband and I have been a Dr. Smith patient now for 6 years, and we could not be happier with his services. He is probably the most kind, caring and honest practitioners around, and his staff and him are funny and make you feel at home from the minute you walk in. My husband and I agree, you have never heard as much laughter and joy in any health office, let alone a dentist. We love his motto, "[his] mission is to make smiles, one tooth or joke at a time."
I first met Dr. Smith when my Dentist of over 15 years was out with a medical problem. I was 100% pleased that he was able to fix my tooth that had broken off. I actually was so pleased I decided to change Dentist and go to Dr. Smith on a full time basis now. I have had many needed procedures done since and I am still 100% pleased with his work. I also love that he's on time! His office staff are also outstanding!!
Wonderful dentist .I give Dr. Smith 5 stars for his exceptional care and bedside manner . There is no better dentist .
