“The welcome to the restaurant and personalized description of the menu were wonderful. The food was well-prepared and delicious. There were a couple of turn-offs. First, one of the owners was unable to hide her irritation when we decided to split an entree. They charged us $15 for the split, which was fine because the split-entree included the side items on both plates. We did not appreciate the attitude from the owner who did not speak to us again through the remainder of our meal. The second problem was that the kitchen did not follow health department guidelines. Specifically, the cook was not wearing a hair restraint, did not wear gloves and did not wash his hands during the hour and half we were there. He used his bare hands to directly touch food when it came out of the oven. He then misted his glasses with cleaning spray in the area were food was plated. We gave this place a generous 4-star review because of the delicious food, but the etiquette and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.”

“Italian cold cuts are outstanding I've only had an Italian cold cut one other place besides this that was this good. They make them exactly how an Italian cold cut should be made. Will definitely be going back to try their other foods. Pizza tonight. Didn't care for the pizza. Tried the cheese steak it sucked. Usually I don't write reviews but they're Italian coldcut was so outstanding I had to go back and get another tonight. Wow was I disappointed it tasted nothing like the first one. Didn't even taste like an Italian cold I couldn't believe it. guess it depends on who's making them whoever made it tonight at no idea how to make one”

“Just stumbled upon this place with my wife after a few hours on the beach and so happy we did. Had the soft shell crab sandwich, cheesesteak sub, and crab cake sandwich with sweet potato fries. Excellent! Authentic delicious food and the owners made it an enjoyable experience with their generosity and great tunes playing. We will definitely be back for some more grub!”

“Food was excellent. We had the ribs and they were very tender. There were about 20 bones to the full rack in case you want to judge the size. The sides were good but portions on them were on the small side. We would probably come back again if in the area and looking for some good ribs. PS: I only ate half the ribs and took the rest home, lol”

“My family and i were on vacation when we stumbled upon this place. Let me tell you ! The food was so good. The owners mother was so sweet and helpful. The crab clusters were amazing, the Sausage was pretty good the red potato’s were amazing. The shrimp was so good. Not to mention the CORN ! YUMMY! SO SWEET! My mom and i was surprised. Next time your in ocean city you have to try. We were so full. I called to tell them how good they were but the place was closed. Omg ! Forever a favorite thank you ! Such a great way to end vacation !”

“Very picky about pizza considering we have our go to but being away from home this was delicious!! It is thin but crispy crust which was a welcomed difference. The taste of the sauce with the robust flavor was awesome! My child remarked about the extra cheese on the pizza and I never ordered anything extra! We would definitely order again! I'm intrigued if their subs are as good!”

“1st lets talk pricing. Been to a lot of BBQ places around DelMarVa and this is the least expensive plave I have visited. For a half rack of of St Louis ribs and 2 sides it was $13.99. Large Drink $1.50. And the wonderful staff was altruistic. The woman tending to my friend and I even gave some extra ribs because she didn't think this batch was meaty enough. They were just a meaty as what I would get from the grocery store. 1st time dining here and I will definitely be back. 8/30/19 at 11am they start a whole hog roast. Hog with 2 sides for $8.50. My friend had this and the amount of food is beyond generous. Best part is the flavor is amazing. The sauces are wonderful. Fresh baked goods as well. Had some pecan brioche and it was fresh , soft, and mouth watering. 45 minute drive for me but I'll be back for sure.”
