During my last encounter, for a matter that was beyond our control, he went above and beyond his responsibility, at the end of the day, to provide a prompt resolution. More often than not, a gentleman named Ron answers the phone with a very positive attitude, you can almost hear the smile in his voice. He too is the consummate professional, I have not had an issue which he could not handle with ease. After banking with PNC for about 10 years, primarily at this branch, they treat us with respect and seem to genuinely care about our financial needs. I am disappointed that this branch has chosen to remove the drive-thru, since that was my primary mode of service. However, it has given me the opportunity to work with many of those inside; although less convenient than the drive-thru, they make every effort to help customers with their business very quickly.”

Compared to our former bank that we were with for over thirty years (we are new to Taneytown), NWSB is so much better in every way. It offers so many more services and at reasonable fees. Its interest rates are higher too. The branch in Taneytown is more like a museum than a stereotype bank atmosphere. In fact, the building is charming and the history of Taneytown is depicted in the tasteful photos and captions hung on its walls. “This is by far the best BB&T branch I have EVER been to!! I truly mean that. The staff are cooperative, understanding, and has absolutely the best customer service (and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years). You never have to wait long at the counter, drive- through, or- and this is the best part- to talk to someone in the office. They have a Kuerig(or however you spell it lol...) coffee maker right inside with tea coffee selections just in CASE you do have to wait a few mins (but I've never waited more than ten!) All around, just wonderful! I always actually ENJOY going to the bank to chat with the gals and guys that work there but also just because they have ALWAYS worked with me to the best of their ability! 100% 5 stars!! Xo”
